Wrap the meat in foil or equivalent pink paper to reduce flavors and soften the crust.Add the frosting towards the end or even add some to the foil juice for maximum effect.Open the foil 30-40 minutes before you take it out of the smoker and add layers of glaze that ticks and makes the meat so sticky and tasty.
