Know exactly when your pizza stone is ready to bake the perfect pizza crust! The Ooni infrared thermometer with a laser pointer will allow you to measure the temperature of your Ooni stone within seconds.
For the most accurate reading, simply aim the laser guide at the center of the pizza stone and the reading will appear on the screen.
Aim for around 400°C (752°F) for a perfect pizza that cooks in 60 seconds.
