Use the versatile smooth Sizzler side for fajitas, fried eggs, grilled vegetables, or flip and use the Ooni ribbed Grizzler side for perfectly cooked grill patterns on meat. Use the specially designed removable handles to safely move the Ooni double-sided pan in and out of the oven when it's hot, or serve directly at the table on the included beech wood serving board.
