Description
The Texas Club cold smoke generator is designed for cold smoking fish, meat, spices, cheese, butter, nuts and other products.
Usage:
Remove all ash and coal from the grill. Fill the smoke generator with wood chips (it is important that it is dry, fill without pressing, without pressing the chips and leave a few mm to the top of the spiral). Place the spiral on the ash grate at the bottom of the firebox, add the chips using a coffee spoon and start smoking. When smoking, keep the grill lid open to a minimum.
The generator holds about 200 g or 0.5 L of smoking chips, which provides up to 20 hours of burning.
Works on all closed grills and smokers. Made of high-quality stainless steel.
